5-COURSE BYO EVENINGS

From the 18th March, we will be launching our new Bring your own alcohol on Monday and Tuesday evenings only. To go alongside the BYO we will doing a 5-course tasting menu that will change regularly.

SAMPLE MENU

Buttermilk jerk chicken, corn nuts, scotch bonnet jam, coriander

Crispy curried cauliflower, lime pickle mayonnaise, orange, smoked yoghurt, grains

Cured hake, pickled cucumber, n’duja, pork crackling

Slow braised short rib of Dexter beef, wild garlic, miso, oyster, salsify, oyster leaf, bone marrow

Custard tart, hibiscus and honey ice cream

VEGETARIAN MENU

Malt Cracker, carrot, sesame seeds, blue cheese

GREAT BRITISH MENU 2018

If you haven't heard of Great British Menu on BBC2 then where have you been? Airing on the 13th August 2018, our very own chef James Cochran will be competing for the London, South-East region. Each region battle out their starter, fish, main and dessert that are all based around this years theme...70 years of the NHS. The chef that scores the most points judged by a veteran chef then goes onto represent that region in the finals. Each finalist then battle out each course, and a winner is announced for each course, where they end up at the prestigious banquet feeding all the special guests from the NHS, but this year is a twist where the final 4 then battle for the champion of champions.
