Chef James Cochran has a stellar resumé from Whitstable's famous 'Wheelers Oyster Bar' to one of the UK's best restaurants The Ledbury in Notting Hill. He is set to feature on the BBC's show the Great British Menu this Summer 2018, he will need no introduction. James is half Scottish, half Caribbean, so most of his influences are from both of his roots, as well as Whitstable the town he grew up in. Watch as his menu resonates his passion from Kent, Scotland and St Vincent.
